Review Process

Peer Review Process

Integrated Journal of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (IJAIDS) applies a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality, relevance, and academic integrity of all published articles.

1. Initial Editorial Screening

All manuscripts submitted to Integrated Journal of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (IJAIDS) are initially examined by the editorial board. This preliminary assessment evaluates the manuscript's suitability for the journal's Focus and Scope, compliance with the Author Guidelines, and overall writing quality. Manuscripts that meet the journal's initial requirements will proceed to the peer-review stage. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors or rejected at the editorial screening stage.

2. Double-Blind Peer Review

Each manuscript that passes the initial editorial screening is evaluated by two independent reviewers using a double-blind review system. Under this system, the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process. Authors receive reviewers' comments, recommendations, and suggestions for improvement without being informed of the reviewers' identities.

3. Review Decisions

Based on the reviewers' assessments, the editorial board makes a decision according to the following considerations:

Acceptance

If both reviewers recommend acceptance, the manuscript may proceed to final editorial processing and publication after the required editing and proofreading stages.

Conflicting Recommendations

If one reviewer recommends acceptance while the other recommends rejection, the final decision will be made by the editor based on the reviewers' comments and the manuscript's overall quality.

Rejection

A manuscript may be rejected if it does not meet the journal's scientific and editorial standards or if the authors fail to address the required revisions adequately.

4. Revision and Final Decision

Authors are required to respond to reviewers' comments and revise their manuscripts in accordance with the recommendations provided. The revised manuscript may be evaluated again by the reviewers or the editor, as necessary. Failure to submit the required revisions or adequately address the reviewers' comments may result in rejection of the manuscript.

5. Editorial Responsibility

The editor is responsible for making the final decision on manuscript acceptance or rejection. This decision considers the reviewers' recommendations, the scientific contribution of the manuscript, its relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with publication standards.

Commitment to Publication Quality

The peer-review process is designed to maintain scientific quality, objectivity, transparency, and academic integrity in every article published by IJAIDS. All editorial and review decisions are made with the aim of ensuring the credibility and scholarly value of published research.
