IJAIDS maintains its published articles and journal issues in digital format through its online journal platform. The journal makes published content available through its official website to support continued access by authors, researchers, librarians, and readers.

The journal aims to maintain the integrity and accessibility of its digital publications, including article files, bibliographic information, abstracts, keywords, and associated publication metadata.

2. Preservation of Published Content

IJAIDS is committed to preserving its published scholarly content to minimize the risk of permanent loss resulting from technical failures, accidental deletion, or other disruptions.

The journal aims to implement appropriate digital preservation practices, including:

• Maintaining digital copies of published articles and journal issues.
• Keeping publication records and bibliographic metadata accessible.
• Conducting periodic data backup procedures to reduce the risk of data loss.
• Maintaining the integrity and consistency of archived publication files.
• Supporting the continued accessibility of published content through appropriate technical and administrative measures.

3. PKP Open Journal Systems

IJAIDS uses the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform to manage and disseminate its scholarly publications. The platform provides facilities for storing and managing journal content, publication records, and article metadata.

The journal may implement additional digital preservation services, such as the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), LOCKSS, or CLOCKSS, to strengthen the long-term preservation of its published content, subject to availability and successful configuration.

4. Author Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to share and deposit their published articles in personal websites, institutional repositories, and other appropriate academic platforms, provided that proper attribution to the original publication in IJAIDS is maintained.

Authors are encouraged to include the article title, author names, journal name, volume, issue, publication year, DOI (where available), and a link to the original published version when sharing their work.

5. Accessibility and Continuity

IJAIDS aims to maintain access to previously published articles even when the journal's website, platform, or technical infrastructure undergoes changes. The journal will make reasonable efforts to maintain publication records and provide access to archived content whenever technically and administratively possible.

In the event of technical disruption or changes to the journal platform, the publisher will seek appropriate measures to restore access to the journal's published scholarly content.

6. Policy Review

This Archiving Policy may be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect developments in digital preservation technologies, scholarly publishing standards, and the journal's technical infrastructure.
