2. Manuscript Preparation

Before starting the submission process, authors should ensure that their manuscripts meet the journal's requirements:

• The manuscript must be relevant to the journal's Focus and Scope.
• The manuscript must follow the official IJAIDS Article Template.
• The manuscript must be original and must not be under consideration by another journal.
• All authors' names, affiliations, and email addresses must be provided accurately in the submission metadata.
• All references, figures, tables, and declarations must comply with the Author Guidelines.
• Authors should prepare the required Author Declaration form.

3. Online Submission Steps

1. Access the OJS Platform
   Visit the official IJAIDS website and log in using your registered account.
2. Start a New Submission
   Open the submission section from your user dashboard and follow the instructions provided by the OJS system.
3. Complete Submission Requirements
   Read and confirm the submission checklist and other required declarations displayed by the system.
4. Upload Manuscript Files
   Upload the manuscript and any additional files requested by the submission system.
5. Enter Submission Metadata
   Provide the manuscript title, abstract, keywords, author information, affiliations, and other required metadata accurately.
6. Confirm and Complete Submission
   Review the uploaded files and metadata, then finalize the submission according to the OJS instructions.

4. Author Declaration Form

Authors are required to complete the official Statement of Originality, Research Ethics, and Authorship Contribution in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics policy.

The form confirms the originality of the manuscript, compliance with research ethics, and the contributions of each author. The completed and signed declaration should be provided to the editorial office as part of the journal's administrative requirements.

5. Monitoring Submission and Review Status

After completing the submission, authors can log in to their OJS accounts to:

• Monitor the progress and status of submitted manuscripts.
• Receive editorial notifications and reviewer comments.
• Submit revised manuscript files when revisions are requested.
• Communicate with the editorial team through the OJS platform.

Authors are encouraged to check their accounts and registered email addresses regularly to avoid missing important editorial notifications or revision deadlines.
