Development Of An Information System For Administrative Services Through Website In Tombolopao District Office

Abstract

The type of research in this research is Research and Development (R&D), which is a process or step to develop a new product or improve an existing product. This research was conducted to create a service information system that can help the public obtain service information and the latest news about the District in the form of a website. The results of this research produce a product in the form of a service information system that can make it easier for people to get information. This research was carried out at the Kunciopao District Office. This research data was obtained using questionnaires, interviews and documentation techniques. This system was tested using ISO 25010 with 4 characteristics, namely functional suitability, portability, usability and performance efficiency. The following are the test results using ISO 25010, functional suitability is 100%, portability is 100%, usability is 89%, performance efficiency is 80%. The results of the research concluded that a public service information system had been produced, the system showed that the system met the characteristics of ISO 25010. The results of data analysis of the public as system users on usability in determining the effectiveness and practicality of the system were declared effective with an average score of 73% in the "Good" category. " Likewise, the practicality of a website-based administrative service information system is stated to be practical. The system has been accepted by users and can be used as a medium to make it easier for the public to obtain information in Kunciopao District in the form of a website.
