The digital transformation in education has accelerated the use of online learning platforms as the primary medium for teaching and learning. One of the main challenges in online learning is the limitation faced by teachers in monitoring students’ activities and academic progress in real-time. This study aims to implement a learning analytics system on the IrmexDigika platform to produce informative and interactive visualizations of students’ academic development. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with an incremental prototyping approach, consisting of need analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation stages. Student activity log data (login, material access, forum, assignments, and quizzes) were analyzed using descriptive statistics techniques and visualized through bar charts, pie charts, and heatmaps on a web-based dashboard. The results show that the developed learning analytics system effectively presents students’ academic progress in an accurate and comprehensible manner. Evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in a score of 78, indicating that the system is usable and supports data-driven decision-making for teachers. This study confirms that the integration of learning analytics and data visualization can improve the quality of online learning monitoring in local LMS platforms such as IrmexDigika.
